UIP: Mythbusting and Maximizing
This workshop is designed for those in the k-12 education space doing work in Adams County, to ground participants in the connections between the state Unified Improvement Planning efforts and the continuous improvement framework. The session will include a morning session focused grounding in the key elements of improvement planning, identifying site-specific needs with an optional afternoon workshop for those that would like to review and update their UIP with coaching support from CDE. The session will be open to any in education who would like to ground their understanding in the work of continuous improvement more deeply, including district or school leaders, individuals, teams, aspiring administrators, etc.
This session will help prepare you and your team for participation in the ‘Actualizing Your UIP’ workshop during which you will engage in developing a Continuous Improvement cycle in support of meeting your school improvement goals.
