Continuous Improvement Track
The Continuous Improvement Track offers training for professionals who are working directly to impact outcomes for children and youth in Adams County. This support is especially ideal for educators, non-profit practitioners, and cross-sector partners who are interested in implementing or enhancing results oriented work using the Continuous Improvement process.
Curriculum focuses first on understanding the problem or area of opportunity, understanding what the data says about the current state of this problem and determining a target for where we want to be in the short- and long-terms related to this problem, understanding the factors and root causes for why the data is where it is currently, and THEN identifying interventions and tracking data in real time to tell if the intervention is working. This allows an intervention to be adopted, adapted, or abandoned based on the impact it is actually having towards solving the identified problem.
Please note: Location information and final details will be emailed to all folks who register via the constant contact link. If you have any questions, please contact Ashley Edinger, Institute Manager
